Email

Inbox zero, without the inbox.

Support email piles up because every message needs someone to read the history, look things up, and write a careful reply. Heard does all three — it reads the full thread, retrieves the facts, does the work in your systems, and sends a complete, on-brand answer in Arabic or English.

Resolution, not acknowledgement

An auto-reply buys time. Heard closes the ticket.

Instead of “we’ll get back to you”, the customer gets the actual answer — the refund processed, the order located, the policy explained — in a reply that reads like your best agent wrote it.

How an email is handled

Read the thread, do the work, reply

Heard treats the whole conversation as context, not just the last message.

  1. 01

    Read

Ingests the entire thread and attachments to understand what has already been said.

  2. 02

    Retrieve

Pulls the exact policy, order or account facts from your knowledge and systems.

  3. 03

    Act

Takes the step behind the request — refund, update, escalation — before replying.

  4. 04

    Reply

Writes a complete, cited answer in the customer’s language and your tone of voice.

Why email is different

Long threads are where context goes to die. Heard keeps all of it.

  • Reads the full history so it never asks a question the customer already answered.
  • Handles attachments and forwarded context, not just the latest line.
  • Replies in Arabic or English to match the sender, in your brand voice.
  • Escalates with the whole thread summarised when a human should take over.

End to end

from received to resolved, without a human touch

For the messages that do need a person, Heard drafts the reply and hands over a summary — so your team edits and sends in seconds.

Questions

Common questions

Does it just draft replies or actually send them?

Your choice. In Assist mode it drafts for a human to approve; in Autopilot it sends resolved replies on its own, with a confidence threshold below which it always asks first.

Can it handle a long back-and-forth thread?

Yes. It reads the entire thread and any attachments before replying, so it responds to the real state of the conversation, not just the last message.
